Jellis Craig has solidified its presence in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs, welcoming a new team to its Whitehorse office.

Jellis Craig has announced former Ray White director and auctioneer Hugh Francis and his team have joined the group’s Whitehorse office following a strategic acquisition.

Francis brings expertise in residential sales, auctions and management, supported by an experienced team with a proven track record in the industry.

The network said that the acquisition will mark a new era for the Whitehorse office.

According to Jellis Craig Whitehorse director Daniel Bullen, the new team will enable the group to explore new opportunities within the region.

He said that Whitehorse’s access to local amenities, stable growth and reputation as a family area make it a highly sought-after area.

“We’re really looking forward to working more closely with Hugh and his team, as we continue to grow our footprint across this important corridor,” Bullen said.

“Hugh’s reputation, status and ability to get things done will make him and his team incredible assets for our Whitehorse office.

“With Hugh on board and his team now backed by the strength and reach of the Jellis Craig network, we’re in the perfect position to generate some unparalleled results as we hit the busier August and spring months,” he concluded.

The news comes after the network recently expanded its Port Phillip leadership team, appointing two seasoned directors.

The move came as part of its broader strategy to boost local performance and grow its national presence.
