An integration between two real estate tools is set to help agents nurture leads, automate workflows, save time, and strengthen client relationships.

Cotality and LockedOn have collaborated to deliver innovative tools, aiming to help agents utilise data to its full potential and achieve better outcomes.

Cotality’s AI-powered real estate assistant, RiTA, has integrated with LockedOn’s CRM and automation platform to nurture contacts through AI-driven, two-way SMS conversations.

With the new integration, RiTA will identify the best opportunities, make recommendations to agents about who to call and when, and automate personalised follow-ups.

LockedOn’s tools, including digital pre-listing kits, proposals and automated workflows, will provide further efficiency, enabling agents to focus on connecting with clients.

Cotality said the collaboration is part of its effort to meet customers on their preferred platforms, while aligning with LockedOn’s commitment to deliver innovative tools for agents.

“The integration will allow agents to nurture leads, automate workflows and strengthen relationships, with data pushed back into LockedOn’s database,” it said.

LockedOn co-founder and director, Luke Newton, said the integration is an asset in the company’s bid to leverage agents’ data and unlock their full earning potential.

“With RiTA, we’re not only enhancing this mission but also reducing the time it takes for agents to realise that income,” he said.

He said that RiTA’s tasks as a full-time personal assistant, including automated market updates and AI-driven conversations, will help streamline processes for agents.

“It is a powerful extension of what we do, helping agents stay consistently engaged without adding to their workload,” he said.

Cotality head of real estate solutions, Josh Symons, said the collaboration will enable Cotality to support more real estate agencies with RiTA.

He said the AI-powered assistant supports agents in their ability to connect with and build relationships among home owners, buyers, and sellers.

“Creating prospecting habits through call lists, conversation tips and personalised two-way SMS conversations at scale backed by industry leading market data, RiTA can transform the daily workflow for agents.

“This integration now makes it easier for LockedOn users to be more effective, more efficient, and more targeted,” he concluded.
