Belle Property Escapes has made its way onto the Sunshine Coast thanks to the acquisition of a family-owned holiday business.

Belle Property Escapes is set to service Noosa, Coolum, and Marcoola, thanks to an opportunity presented to Ben Radcliff, the principal of Belle Property’s Coolum, Noosa and Marcoola offices.

According to Mr Radcliff, he had been wanting to expand into the holiday market “for a while”.

“Purchasing an existing business made perfect sense. Thanks to several family members staying on, the handover has been smooth, and we benefit from their local holiday market knowledge and long-standing relationships.”

According to Belle Property, the new local outpost cements the brand’s reputation as the area’s “only full-service real estate brand” — and it’s already managed to grow its portfolio by 20 per cent in just two months.

There’s also potential for further growth, with Mr Radcliff explaining that “as the only agency offering the complete package to owners, there is also scope to expand our reach across the northern Sunshine Coast from Twin Waters to Noosa.”

With the region attracting not only “drive-in, drive-out” Brisbanites but holiday-makers from places including Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney and even New Zealand, the principal acknowledged Belle Property Escapes Noosa | Coolum| Marcoola will benefit from two distinct markets: “We get the sun-and-surf seekers over the summer months, especially school holidays and the Christmas and New Year period. Then we get the winter set, who tend to be retired or semi-retired from cooler climates like Adelaide, Melbourne and New Zealand, and typically require holiday accommodation for a month or more.”

“As families mature and sell their holiday homes, we’re seeing new owners looking for an agency to manage their property, and we now have the team to satisfy that need,” he espoused.

Peter Hanscomb, the CEO of Belle Property and Belle Property Escapes, has also welcomed the launch.

“We’re delighted to expand our network of Sunshine Coast offices and establish a firm foothold for Belle Property Escapes in the region.”

He concluded: “With their extensive knowledge and experience, we have every confidence in Ben and his team and their ability to deliver owners of holiday properties the premium service and results our brands are nationally renowned for.”

Belle Property Escapes was first introduced into the market back in 2019 — a concerted effort to take on the short-stay holiday market.

All of the latest outpost’s listings can be found on Belle Property Escapes’ purpose-built website, which was flagged as enabling owners to reach a “large national audience of holiday-makers.”

“With easy online search tools, curated destination guides, and access to on-the-ground area specialists, the Belle Property Escapes website offers visitors an extensive choice of quality homes in which to enjoy the beautiful surrounds and lifestyle of the Sunshine Coast,” Mr Radcliff concluded.
