An NSW network has acquired a “game-changing” new office in the Clarence Valley.

Elders Lifestyle Group, a real estate group stretching “from Forster to Brunswick Heads”, has recently expanded its NSW offerings with a new office in Maclean.

Strategically positioned between the network’s offices in Grafton and Yamba, Elders Maclean will strengthen Elders Lifestyle Group’s grip on the Clarence Valley real estate market.

David Gray, CEO and director of Elders Lifestyle Group, expressed enthusiasm about the new acquisition, calling the Maclean office a “game-changer”.

“With Yamba, Maclean and Grafton offices teaming up, we’re all set to bring better services and more opportunities to the entire Clarence Valley community,” said Mr Gray.

Elders Lifestyle Group shared that it is keen to contribute positively to the local Maclean community, and “looks forward to further engagement with the residents of Maclean and the surrounding areas”.

“This acquisition aligns seamlessly with our overall growth strategy, and we are excited about the opportunities it presents for us and our clients,” said an internal representative.

“We remain committed to providing exceptional real estate services and contributing to the prosperity of the regions we serve.”

Elders Lifestyle Group sees its newest outpost as one more step in its “aggressive approach” to acquiring new outfits, and views Elders Maclean as “a significant milestone in its growth journey”.

Elders Maclean will be the group’s 18th outpost, after offices in Yamba, Grafton, Brunswick Heads and Forster recently opened their doors.

Inland NSW has also garnered the attention of Elders in recent months, with the group’s commercial arm opening a new Dubbo office in December.

Looking forward into 2024, Elders seeks to continue its upward trajectory by growing its agency sales business profitability by 15 per cent and its property management business by 20 per cent.

“The road to success in 2024 is paved with the right technology, a commitment to rent roll growth and an unwavering focus on people,” stated general manager Belinda Connor.

“At Elders, we’re intent on leading the way, ensuring our business and franchisees are equipped for the challenges ahead,” she concluded.
