A real estate network is celebrating 10 years in New Zealand, marking its expansion across both islands as it sets its sights on further growth in Australia.
One Agency has marked its 10th anniversary since its establishment in New Zealand in 2015, reflecting on its growth and the success of its subscription-based model.
As the network celebrates its decade, it recently opened One Agency Auckland Central, with principal Moritz Muck taking the helm.
Muck, who brings over 20 years of experience in residential sales, property management, and commercial real estate, said he was drawn to the value and flexibility the network provided.
“It’s not often you find a brand that allows you to retain control of your business while providing such a powerful platform,” he said.
One Agency’s global head of membership, Mindy Powell-Hodges, said that the appointment of leaders like Muck was a testament to the strength of the brand.
“This is another example of how our model is attracting top-performing businesses that want freedom, profitability, and support without compromise,” she said.
One Agency Select Realty in Porirua, one of the network’s first New Zealand offices, also celebrated its 10 years of success, citing its partnership with One Agency as transformative for both the business and clients.
One Agency Select Realty principal Elman Avallone said operating independently while benefiting from the support and resources of a larger network has been significant.
“It’s allowed us to provide a more personal and tailored service to our community while also achieving sustainable growth for our business,” he said.
Founder and CEO Paul Davies launched One Agency to empower real estate professionals to become business owners and retain more of their earnings, with Davies’ vision fuelling the expansion across Australasia.
With over 20 offices operating in New Zealand, One Agency said its model offered a compelling alternative to traditional franchise systems.
“The simple, cost-effective subscription allows agents to become owners of their own agency with the full backing of an international brand.”
“The unique structure empowers business owners to retain more of what they earn, positioning One Agency as a truly disruptive and effective solution in a crowded franchise environment,” the network concluded.
