Propps’ digital offer management platform will now be a feature of Ray White offices in Brisbane’s south, thanks to a newly inked partnership.
Over 40 agents operating under the Ray White AKG offices in Daisy Hill, Marsden, Brookwater, Greater Springfield and one in Eight Mile Plains have launched Propps’ Make an Offer system, which enables the centralisation of offers for their listings in a uniform format.
The latest partnership also marks a further take-up of the proptech firm’s system within the industry, following a series of alliances with brands such as Raine & Horne, First National, Elders, Agents’Agency and LJ Hooker.
Avi Khan, who leads the group as principal, said that the alliance comes after a search for a platform that could “seamlessly integrate into our ecosystem” that first kicked off in 2022.
He added that the tie-up is in line with the group’s goal of establishing their “own ecosystem on top of their franchise offering”.
“Empowering our team with the latest technology has always been our point of difference at Ray White AKG because we’re driven to leverage every advantage we can in order to provide the best and most convenient service to our customers.
“We understand that our client is not only the seller or the buyer but also the agent,” Mr Khan explained.
Head of growth, Kaylea Sayer, who was in charge of assessing prospect systems that will fit within their requirements, said that while they considered several options, Propps was selected because it provided a solution that “feels seamless, is easy to adopt and increases efficiency”.
“I am personally excited for the integration with VaultRE, making it easier to report on offers received across our group, complementing the way our team works, saving our people time so we can intensify our focus on our customers even further, as this is imperative even more than ever,” Ms Sayer stated.
Propps chief executive and founder, Daniel Bignold, declared Ray White AKG as the latest recruit to the proptech’s “digital offer management revolution”.
“We want to align with best-in-breed operators to save high-performing agents time and elevate the cohesion, consistency and convenience with which they serve their customers. Ray White AKG shares the same purpose and we’re pleased to welcome them aboard,” Mr Bignold said.
He noted that, to date, over $18 billion in buyer offers had been made through the Propps platform.
“In 2023, our expansion plans will take a steeper trajectory and this new partnership with Ray White AKG represents a fantastic start,” he concluded.
